Winter 2022/23 Leagues & Club Competitions

Dear Members,

Due to the great support shown by members during a difficult two years, the club is in a better than expected financial position. Consequently your committee has decided to waive entry fees for the Winter 2022/23 leagues and the 2022/23 club competitions.

Captains that have already entered teams for next winter will be refunded. Refunds may be collected from the club office after Easter.

Captains and aspiring Captains are reminded that entries for the Winter 2022/23 leagues must be in by 14th April. If you are considering running a team but are unsure what is involved please speak to any committee member.

Club emails
As mentioned in the January newsletter, the new club website is now live. Within the website we have the ability to send emails so we will be migrating all subscribers who are on our current email platform (Mailchimp) over the next few months. When your email has been added to the new mailing list you will receive an email from the hosting company, Hugo Fox, on behalf of the club asking you to confirm your subscription to the mailing list. Please confirm your subscription to ensure you carry on receiving newsletters etc. from the club.

And finally, a reminder of upcoming dates for your diaries:

• Finals Weekend - 23rd & 24th April 2022
• Presentation Night - 24th April 2022 at 7pm (this will be ticket only this season charged at £2.50 each)
• AGM - 25th April 2022 at 7pm
